Refund Policy

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.

To qualify:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required

To initiate a return, email us at soulandsmoke@yahoo.com within 14 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Reason for return

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund within 14 days to your original payment method.

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery
- We will offer a full refund, replacement, or repair
- We will cover return shipping costs

We cannot accept returns for:
- Used items
- Opened consumables (if applicable)
- Custom or personalised products
- Sale items (unless faulty)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a different item, please place a new order.

- Contact your payment provider
